No refunds, returns, or exchanges as all items are exclusive custom handmade products. Any damages that may occurred during production or shipping, will need to be reported within 3 business days of arrival. CONTACT us at admin_1ev@1ev.art with proof of damages. We will be back in contact within 3 business days with a proper resolution. If the solution consists of shipping out a new product(s) then that will be completed with 30 days.
